Need help deciding which state ID to get. I live in Minnesota and will mainly use it locally, but I'm not sure if I should get my actual state or choose a different one.

Context:
• College student living in Minnesota
• Will use primarily at local convenience stores, liquor stores, maybe bars
• Not planning anything high-risk
• Want something that won't raise suspicion

My dilemma:

Option 1: Get Minnesota (my actual state)
Pros: Logical to have local ID, won't be questioned
Cons: Local bouncers/cashiers see real Minnesota IDs every day - might scrutinize more closely?

Option 2: Get a different state
Pros: Less familiar = potentially less scrutiny, common for college students
Cons: Might seem odd why I have out-of-state ID

Questions for experienced users:
1. Which approach generally works better?
2. Are certain states known to work better universally?
3. Does it matter that much or am I overthinking?
4. Has anyone successfully used out-of-state ID in their home state?

I want to make the smart choice here. Any advice would be really appreciated!

If you're nervous about ordering, just go for it. You really won't regret it.

Trust the process and trust the reviews. Thousands of successful orders for a good reason.

Tracking updated pretty much every day once it actually shipped. Good communication overall.
