Maryland fake ID review - Does it pass at college bars?

I wanted to drop a quick fake id review for a Maryland card I bought for a friend. We tested it at a few college bars and it worked about 80% of the time. The main issue was the thickness—it felt slightly thinner than a real MD license. The bouncers who were paying attention noticed the difference in the 'snap' when they flicked it.

However, the holographic patterns were spot on. Under a flashlight, the state house and the other symbols appeared at the correct angles. If you are using this at a busy bar where they just do a quick glance, it should be fine. But for a slow night with extra scrutiny, you might want to be careful. Has anyone else noticed the thickness issue with MD cards recently?
