Massachusetts ID tips - Boston bouncer warnings

Boston bouncers are notoriously mean. If you are using a Massachusetts novelty ID, you better have your story straight. They will ask you your zip code, your high school, and even the name of a local sports bar near your address. The MA card itself has some very specific UV patterns of the state seal and some historical symbols that are hard to get right.

Make sure the holographic bird on the front is visible but not too bright. On some bad fakes, the bird looks like it was painted on with silver glitter. It should be a subtle, rainbow effect that only shows up when you tilt the card. If you are going to a spot in Faneuil Hall, your card needs to be 100% accurate or you are walking away without it.
