California $80 card still using Teslin core?

The California product page is still tagged "fake-id-novelty-ID" and priced at $80. Before I restock, can anyone confirm if the latest batch moved to polycarbonate or if it's the same Teslin/overlay combo?

Also wondering whether the mag stripe encoding is still optional on CA orders.

Just ran the newest CA card through a bar test around 20:15. Microprint is crisp but the layering gives away the Teslin stack if you peel it, so avoid bending the edge.

Still Teslin with overlay. Polycarbonate upgrades are focused on northern states for now. Mag stripe data is included only if you upload the track info - otherwise it ships blank.
