What if my ID gets seized in shipping?

Getting frustrated here - my photo has been rejected twice now and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

First rejection: "Lighting too dark"
Second rejection: "Background not plain enough"

I'm using a white wall as background and taking the photo during the day with window light. What else should I be doing?

Can someone who's had their photo accepted on first try share exactly how they took it? Camera settings, distance, lighting setup, everything. I really want to get this right.

This review convinced me to place my novelty ID order. Thanks!

I had the same issue. Customer service helped me fix it quickly.

My shipping for novelty IDs took 6 days to Alabama. Pretty consistent timing it seems.

Normal! Mine took 6 days to update tracking. Be patient.

The hologram quality is insane. Looks identical to real IDs.

This happened to me too. It resolved itself after a day.

Wow, 11 days shipping is faster than I expected. Good to know!
