Customer service response time?

Hey everyone! I'm about to place my first order for a novelty ID and have a few questions. What's the typical turnaround time from order to delivery? Is the shipping packaging discreet?

Also, any tips for a first-timer? I want to make sure I get everything right - photo, signature, info, etc.
