Address requirements clarification

My novelty ID photo got rejected and I'm not sure what I did wrong. I followed the guidelines but apparently something was off.

Has anyone else dealt with photo rejections? What did you change to get it approved?

The shipping for novelty IDs time you mentioned is pretty standard from what I've seen.
