Anyone ordered twice from here? Experiences?

Placed my novelty ID order 3 days ago and just got my tracking number this morning. Process has been smooth so far.

For others waiting on orders - when did you receive your tracking info? Trying to gauge what's normal. Customer service said within 24-48 hours but I'm curious about real experiences.

Also, once you have tracking, how long until actual delivery? Estimated delivery shows 5 days from now but wondering if it usually arrives earlier or if that's accurate.
