I placed my novelty ID order 5 days ago and the tracking info hasn't updated since it was first created. Is this normal?

Starting to get worried. When should I reach out to customer service? Has anyone else experienced this?

Did you pay for express shipping for novelty IDs or standard? Just trying to gauge timing.
