Weekend orders vs weekday - any difference?

Quick question for people who have ordered before - how long should I expect shipping to take to the Ohio area?

I have an event in 3 weeks and wondering if I should go with express shipping or if standard is fast enough. Don't want to pay extra if standard will get here in time, but also don't want to risk it arriving late.

Also, do they actually provide tracking info? That would really help with planning.
