Help! Tracking hasn't updated in 6 days

I lost my ID last weekend (long story) and need to order a replacement. Is there an easy way to reorder the exact same ID I had before?

Do they keep your information on file? Or do I need to fill out everything again? My photo was perfect and I'd like to use the same one if possible.

Also wondering about the turnaround time for reorders - is it faster since they already have my info?

Try uploading your photo for novelty ID again with better lighting. That worked for me.
