Order status stuck at "processing" - normal?

Need advice ASAP!

I have a situation where I really need an ID within 10 days (going on a trip). Is this realistic with express shipping? Has anyone actually received their order in under 2 weeks?

I'm willing to pay extra for rush service if it's available. Just need to know if this is even possible before I place the order. Don't want to order and then be disappointed.

Located in Washington if that matters for novelty ID shipping time. Any help appreciated!
