Just received my District Of Columbia-DC(NEW) and wanted to share my thoughts. novelty ID Shipping took 6 days which was exactly what they promised.

Quality Assessment:

• Card material feels identical to authentic - perfect weight and flexibility

• UV features all present and accurate when tested under blacklight
