Photo rejected twice - what am I doing wrong?

I lost my ID last weekend (long story) and need to order a replacement. Is there an easy way to reorder the exact same ID I had before?

Do they keep your information on file? Or do I need to fill out everything again? My photo was perfect and I'd like to use the same one if possible.

Also wondering about the turnaround time for reorders - is it faster since they already have my info?

Customer service responded to my questions within a few hours. Very helpful.
