Customer service responsiveness - my experience of novelty ID

For anyone struggling with photos like I did, here's what finally worked for me:

  • Use natural daylight, not artificial lighting (huge difference)
  • Stand against a plain white wall, about 5 feet away
  • Have someone else take the photo rather than a selfie
  • Keep a neutral expression - no smiling
  • Make sure your face fills about 70-80% of the frame
  • Take multiple shots and pick the best one

My first photo got rejected but after following these tips, second one was approved immediately. The novelty ID quality of your photo really does matter for the final product.

Also pro tip: the customer service team will give you feedback if your photo isn't quite right. Don't be afraid to ask questions!

The price seemed high at first but it's worth it for novelty ID quality that actually works.

UV features all check out. I tested with a blacklight to be sure.

My shipping for novelty IDs took 10 days to Florida. Pretty consistent timing it seems.
