Never received order confirmation email

URGENT - Need advice!

I have a situation where I really need my ID within 10 days max. I have a trip planned and really need this to work out.

Questions:
1. Is 10-day delivery realistic with express shipping to Utah?
2. How reliable is the express shipping timeframe? Is it guaranteed?
3. Has anyone actually received their order in under 2 weeks?
4. Are there rush order options I'm missing?

I'm willing to pay extra for expedited service if it's available and reliable. Just need to know if this is even possible before I place the order.

I understand delays can happen, but I'm trying to gauge realistic expectations. Would rather know now if 10 days is unrealistic than order and be disappointed.

Located in Utah if that affects shipping time. Any experiences or advice would be hugely appreciated!
