Order status stuck on "processing" for 8 days

I placed my order 8 days ago (payment confirmed, received order number) but my order status is still showing "Processing" with no updates.

Timeline:
• Day 1: Order placed, payment confirmed
• Day 2: Photo approved (this was quick!)
• Day 3-8: Status still says "Processing" - no tracking info

I paid with Bitcoin and the transaction confirmed on the blockchain within an hour of my order. My account shows the order but no tracking number yet.

My questions:
1. Is this processing time normal?
2. At what point should I be concerned?
3. Has anyone else experienced this delay?
4. When should I contact customer service?

I'm trying not to be that anxious customer who emails every day, but I also want to make sure nothing went wrong with my order. Is this just the normal waiting period or should I reach out?

For those who've ordered recently - how long did "Processing" status last before you got tracking info?

I ordered on a Monday, got tracking Wednesday, received it the next week. Total of 14 days.

My shipping took 11 days to North Carolina too. Seems pretty consistent with their estimates.
